Terms of Service
1. What this application is
Halal VPN Content Factory (the “Application”) is a private automation tool operated by the owner of the Halal VPN service. It plans, generates and publishes the operator’s own short videos and text posts to the operator’s own social media accounts, and reads back the performance metrics of those posts.
2. Who may use it
The Application is restricted to a single authorised operator. It has no public registration, no shared access and no multi-tenant mode. Third parties cannot connect their own social media accounts to it, and no service is offered to them. Any attempt to access the Application by anyone other than the authorised operator is unauthorised.
3. Content and responsibility
All content published through the Application is created by, and is the responsibility of, the operator. The operator is solely responsible for ensuring that every published post complies with the terms of service, developer policies and community guidelines of the platform it is published to, and with applicable law.
The Application publishes only to accounts the operator owns and has authorised. It does not publish on behalf of anyone else, does not automate engagement (likes, follows, comments on other people’s content), does not scrape other users’ data, and does not attempt to inflate metrics.
4. Platform terms come first
Use of the Application is subject to the terms of the platforms it connects to, including the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and the Meta Platform Terms. Where these terms conflict with a platform’s terms, the platform’s terms prevail. Access may be suspended or terminated by a platform at any time, and the Application will stop publishing accordingly.
5. Availability
The Application is provided on a best-effort basis, without any guarantee of availability, uptime or successful publication. Publishing depends on third-party APIs that may change, rate limit or fail without notice.
6. No warranty
The Application is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, content or account access, arising out of the use or inability to use the Application.
8. Intellectual property
The Application’s source code and the content it generates belong to the operator. Platform names and trademarks referenced here belong to their respective owners.
9. Termination
The operator may stop the Application and revoke its platform access at any time. Doing so immediately ends all publishing and metric collection.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version is always published at this address with its effective date.
