Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Halal VPN Content Factory (the “Application”) is a private, single-operator automation tool built and run by the operator of the Halal VPN service. It publishes the operator’s own short videos and text posts to the operator’s own social media accounts on TikTok, Instagram and Threads, and reads back the performance metrics of those same posts.
The Application is not offered to the public. There is no sign-up, no user accounts and no way for a third party to connect their own social media account to it.
2. What data we process
- Platform access tokens (OAuth access and refresh tokens) issued for the operator’s own accounts.
- Account identifiers — the numeric account id and username of the operator’s own accounts.
- Post metrics of content the Application itself published: views, likes, comments and shares, stored as periodic snapshots.
- Media files — the video and image files the Application generates, hosted at a public https address only so that the platform can download them.
We do not collect, request or store any data about other users of TikTok, Instagram or Threads. We do not read other people’s profiles, followers, direct messages or content. We collect no data from visitors to this website: there are no cookies, no analytics and no tracking pixels.
3. Why we process it
Solely to operate the Application: to authenticate against the platform APIs, to publish the operator’s own content, and to measure how that content performed so the operator can plan what to publish next. The data is never used for advertising, profiling or resale.
4. Where it is stored
All data lives in a local database on a dedicated server rented by the operator in the Czech Republic. Access is restricted to the operator over SSH with key authentication. Tokens are kept in a configuration file readable only by the service account.
5. Who it is shared with
We do not sell, rent or trade any data. Data leaves our server only in these cases:
- to TikTok and Meta (Instagram, Threads) APIs — to publish posts and read their metrics;
- to the Anthropic API — to generate the text and scripts of our own posts. No account data, tokens or personal data are included in those requests.
6. Retention
- Access tokens — until they expire or the operator revokes the Application’s access.
- Post metrics — up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Published media files — removed from the public directory automatically 24 hours after upload; the platform downloads them within seconds.
7. Revoking access and deletion
Because the Application only ever connects to the operator’s own accounts, access can be
revoked at any time from within the platform itself — on TikTok: Profile → Settings and
privacy → Security & permissions → Manage app permissions. Revoking access
immediately stops all publishing and metric collection.
To request deletion of any data held by the Application, write to the contact address below. Requests are actioned within 30 days.
8. Children
The Application is not directed at children and processes no data relating to them.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version is published at this address with a new effective date.
